Founded by Kate Hruby, MPA, our vision at KJH Strategy is to be the leading provider of cannabis regulatory and compliance services in the New York State cannabis industry. Kate is a registered lobbyist specializing in the regulatory ("rulemaking"), legislative ("lawmaking"), and municipal processes, using her expert knowledge of procedure to leverage regulatory strategies and policy insights to help established MSOs, local small businesses, entrepreneurs, and priority applicants plan for the multi-billion dollar adult-use cannabis industry.

KJH Strategy provides comprehensive GMP audit consulting, shepherding our clients through the entire audit process. We offer various packages for licensees of all sizes, working within each clients' unique product portfolio and business goals to develop GMP-compliant Standard Operating Procedures "SOPs" that are facility-specific for ease of execution. We walk each client through SOP implementation and related-recordkeeping as required by the Code of Federal Regulations "CFR" together with a complete facility review and organization.
